Vintage New Media, Inc. designs, develops and operates marketing and lead generation programs for the real estate agent and broker that leverage our core skills in e-commerce, website development, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, and website copywriting.

VNM is owned and operated by Jack Suto and Liz Suto and located in Phoenix, Arizona. We work with an excellent supporting cast of writers, artists, photographers and web developers who help make our projects successful. Our team consists of highly specialized writers, content managers and programmers whose aim is to create websites that create an excellent visitor experience and turn those visitors into leads for our real estate agents.

Liz Suto: Account Manager, Content Architect

As Account Manager, Liz works directly with Team Leaders to get the most out of the leads, and our Agent Lead Tracking software.  Applying best practices that she’s learned in the real estate trenches, you’ll maximize our lead generation program.

As Content Architect, Liz is responsible for all things content:  Articles, Photos, Blogging, Market Indexing, Marketing, Copywriting and much more.  Our highly customized websites tailored to the specific real estate markets are a major reason why our websites work and produce high quality leads.  Liz leads and manages a team of writers and photographers who make this possible.

Past experiences for Liz include software consulting, corporate training, course development, teaching, and writing.  She’s been a Phoenix area real estate agent since 2005 and is owner of Contigo Realty here in Phoenix Arizona. Liz is team leader for the Phoenix Condo Mania, Scottsdale Condo Mania, and Tempe Condo Mania websites.

William Hatcher: Account Manager

Billy brings considerable leadership and management experience from the Staffing and Software Development industries. Billy is leading the integration of knowledge and expertise from other industries into our dynamic approach to internet marketing and lead generation.  Specifically, Billy is helping improve agent recruiting, team building and conversion efforts for our Team Leader clients.

Billy is also a real estate agent in Augusta Georgia and Team Leader for the Browse August Homes website.  He personally specializes in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Investor  opportunities.

Jack Suto: Software Architect

As Software Architect, Jack is responsible for all things technical.  Our software platform is based on open standards and a flexible layer of proprietary software which allows us to build highly customized websites for your real estate markets.

Jack has over 25 years experience developing business applications with the last 15 years focused on internet based applications. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) plays a major role in our success and Jack focuses considerable time in implementing and expanding our SEO strategies and tactics.

Jack and his team of developers, and working closely with a world class data center provider, deliver the technical infrastructure for our successful marketing and lead generation services.
