Condo Mania Central : We are developing a series of real estate websites for agents who specialize in the condominium, loft and townhome markets. We currently manage the following Condo Mania properties:

MerXity.com: Internet Marketing is central to the real estate industry and plays a critical role in helping agents succeed in today's market. The MerXity.com website and the companion newsletter provide a guide to real estate agents building their own internet marketing and lead generation systems.

Agent Lead Tracking: This is our proprietary lead tracking system. Lead tracking and lead management is critical to our real estate clients and we found the currently available systems lacking. So, we built our own, team based, lead tracking system.

Vintage Library: We started the Vintage Library back in 1996 as an electronic book publisher bringing out of print pulp fiction classics back into the Internet Age. Our e-books have included the classic Zorro stories by Johnston McCulley, stories by Lester Dent of Doc Savage fame and the great hero pulps from Popular Publications including The Spider, Operator 5, G-8 and many more. We have over 100 ebooks available today. We've also expanded our product line to include hundreds on pulp fiction reprints, old time radio cds, cliff hanger serials and classic fiction.
